Keep in mind, Habanero can reach 300,000 scoville units and should be used sparingly. It has a fruity flavor that mixes well with tomatoes and a variety of tropical fruit such as pineapple, mango, etc.. When choosing your pods, select chiles rich in color, with a fresh scent.
